Yes, within the 14 days following your purchase. If your glasses are new and in their original packaging or that your contact lenses are in their sealed packaging, you can return them and we'll change them or pay you back within 30 days.



How can I calculate my pupillary distance?


  • You have several methods:
  • You can take yourself in picture, placing a credit card under your nose with your face free, looking in front of you, and join the picture to your order or send it to We can take then your pupillary distance.
  • In front of a mirror, take the measure with a tailor's tape between your nose and your pupil.
  • This measure corresponds to your pupillary distance.
  • Your optician or your ophtalmologist can take this measure with a pupillometer.
  • You can find your pupillary distance marked: EP, DP, PD, EC, ECP, EIP, DIP on the authenticity card of your former lenses or on your prescription.

What are the delivery times?

Deadlines are stipulated on the detailled file of each of our products. To respect them, your order is processed as soon as received by our services. In-stock products are shipped on the same day and an email is sent to you to inform you of the approximative period of receipt and to give you the colissimo code enabling you to track your box.

How to track my order?

How can get a refund?

For any eye or prescription sun optics purchase, our social security licenses enable you to be refunded if you have a prescription of less then 3 years. To do so, please indicate your birthdate and your social security number.
We'll send you a patient's chart to join with the prescription to social security. As far as the invoice is concerned, you'll have to send it to your health insurance.
For any contactology purchase, you can download an invoice in your customer area, then send it directly to your health insurance.
Social security refund will be done upon order of your ophtalmologist (depending on certain corrections). You'll have to fill in your social security number and your birth date.



How to be refunded by my health insurance?

After having sent your patient's chart and your prescription to social security, you have to send the invoice we've put in your box to your health insurance. This latter will take in charge to refund your purchase according to your subscription clauses.



What is the validity of my prescription?

Law has evolved regarding validity of prescriptions for corrective lenses since October 17th 2016. For patients aged 16 to 42, validity has increased from 3 to 5 years (if your prescription doesn't include any specific mention of a time limitation from the prescriptor). However, it's still lasting 3 years for patients over 42, and only one year for patients under 16 (who are not concerned by online sale).



Can I get glasses without any prescription?

Exceptionally, we can make you glasses without prescription in case of the loss or breaking of corrective lenses. You have to know though that you won't be covered. Furthermore, to deliver you a pair of glasses that will suit your expectations and your vision, a voucher of your former corrections is highly advised to check your input.



Can I get eyeglasses for my child on line?

Online sale isn't authorized for people under 16 on the net, that's why we don't have any junior collection. We invite you to go directly to the nearest optical center store.
